Discuss the importance of decision-making as a skill for public safety leaders. Discuss the role of discretion in decisions made by public safety leader’s and their organizations. What considerations need to go into decisions being made by a public safety leader? Is it important for a public safety leader to make or at least be aware of all of the decisions being made by members of their organization? Why or why not?
