Describe Canada’s Growth Towards Full Autonomy.

these are the instructions written by my socials teacher; Throughout this 1920s-30s unit we have examined various events that led Canada towards autonomy. These developments for Canada can be categorized into three classifications-Political developments, Economic developments and Social developments. The developments in each of these three areas did not individually give Canada independence, but they did give a little bit more autonomy over time in these areas which eventually led to full independence. It is important to remember this point as independence was earned, not given in one shot. Thus, you will now write an essay discussing just this very idea of autonomy gained over time, but giving one example per category to prove this. essay should contain the following: thesis paragraph, a paragraph for each point discussed and a concluding paragraph. Remember too that in your thesis paragraph, you are identifying what you will be talking about, not explaining in detail what you’ll be talking about. Three categories/types of Autonomy-Political, Social and Economic-it doesn’t matter what order you put these in but each must be identified and discussed. 4. Supporting Evidence-which will consist of one event per category that fits that category. Your discussion must not only include a brief history of the event but also and Most Important, a connection to why overall autonomy became closer for Canada because of the autonomy gained in each event.
