2.Conduct and informational interview with the Rabbi or volunteer coordinator from the temple and learn about their role, responsibilities to the Temple and the community, benefits, challenges, career opportunities from someone interested in working in the Jewish community, advice for someone like me who is interested in working with kids in this type of space. I will present this in a presentation.3.Create a presentation or paper on how Temples and other religious sanctuaries are dealing/responding with the COVID-19 crisis. I will use the information I have gathered from volunteering and talking to members of the Temple to understand how they are still doing their job and spreading awareness to people in the community at a distance.For your proposal, you should include the following:1. Identify 3-5 mini-project options options from the list that you are considering – you are encouraged to identify up to five, so you have options in terms of ultimately deciding which three to complete during the course.2. Clearly explain your rationale for choosing/considering these 3 – 5 projects. Based on your educational curriculum, and your personal and professional goals, why do you want to take on these projects this semester?3. Articulate five learning objectives that you hope to achieve through completing the mini-projects. Objectives should be a combination of both knowledge and skills you want to learn or enhance over the semester.
