Public Speaking ( Speaking to a global audience)
The task is to find an example of the intersection of public speaking and cultural awareness – or the lack of it. I’m fine with a pretty loose definition of public speaking; really, I’ll accept any type of oral communication put out in the public arena: a speech, marketing campaign, song, movie, etc. – really any type of oral communication aimed at the general public.

If you choose one where the ‘speaker’ showed good awareness of diverse audiences, be prepared to talk about how and why the message was tailored / delivered the way it was. Point to specifics in the ‘speech’ to support your If the ‘speaker’ was a bit more tone deaf to cultural diversity, be prepared to discuss the specific ways / places where that is evident. You can summarize the story / situation or post a link for us to read.
