This process can be associated with just about any job you have held, such as orienting a new employee (HR), preparing a financial statement (accounting), researching a new market (marketing), predicting timeframe for a project task (project management), preparing a design change notice (engineering), preparing a proposal (business management), etc. Do the following: (a) Describe the process briefly; (b) List its inputs, outputs, flow units, and key activities; (c) List the customers of the process; (d) What service type listed in Table 1 in the article most closely represents the service? Why? and (e) List some challenges that exist when operating the process.
